Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return for some health and personal care items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items must be in their original condition with no missing parts.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and begin to process your refund. Your refund will be sent to your original method of payment, we aim to process your refunds ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days. 

If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 28 days UK (30 days international) since you posted your returns then please contact us with a picture of your proof of postage receipt.

   Sale Items 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at present. However if your item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect please email us at


We only accept item(s) for an exchange if they are defective or damaged within 60 days.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping to return your product, you should email where we will provide you with the return address. Unfortunately at present we cannot reimburse you with the shipping costs, but we are looking into how we could improve this.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
