How do I place an order?
Our website has been designed to make your shopping experience easy with us. Add to your cart any product(s) that you wish to purchase, once you have finished please locate your cart to check you are happy with what you are ordering and proceed to checkout. Please visit our delivery page for more information on our delivery time frames. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Debit and Credit cards.
You can also apply discount codes by revealing the "order summary" page once you have reached checkout on mobile, or in the discount section on tablet or desktop.

How do I know my order has gone through?
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have any issues please drop us an email at info@cosmos-universe.com.

Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. We are looking at a way to do this in future, but for now we are unable to change or cancel an order once placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the returns procedure and we will process your refund once the item(s) are received.

What is the cost of delivery?
We offer free worldwide shipping across all products on our website - no discount code is needed! However if you are based outside of the UK (Canada, Australia or Mexico) there may be an additional charge of import tax. When can I expect my delivery?
Depending on the area of the order placed, orders can take anywhere from 5-10 days. We are currently working on our best practices to meet your orders effectively. Please also be aware that we are working to keep our colleagues and customers safe.
